As a convenience to our patients we submit to most dental insurance plans. Please bring your insurance information with you so that we may process your insurance. As a service to our patients, we will submit insurance claims electronically with all xrays and attachments requested by your insurance company to maximize your benefit.
Please note we can submit claims for most dental insurance plans. However, unlike medical insurance, dental insurance has a defined yearly maximum to be paid. Please note that your dental plan is provided by your employer. The portion that is paid is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by you your employer, the more generous the insurance reimbursement.
Although we are not a party to the contractual agreement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement which you are entitled. However, a patient is responsible for the balance after insurance is received.
